Founded in 2001 the company has evolved over the years into a multi-faceted CPG company managing wholly owned brands, distributing over 100 national brands, selling to retail and online stores, and managing Quest owned retail websites.
The Quest team has over 100 years of experience in the CPG retail industry managing businesses with large companies including, Wyeth, Revlon, Nestle, Reckitt Benckiser, Ghirardelli, Celestial Seasonings, and others. The management team has extensive experience working with U.S. and Canadian retailers across all channels.
At the core of Quest’s operation is a Distribution Center in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin located between Chicago and Milwaukee. Quest distributes over 7,000 SKU's and partners with most major chain and e-commerce retailers in North American, including Walmart, Target, Meijer, Shopko, Kroger, Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, Costco, Sam’s Club Shoppers Drug Mart, Safeway, Publix, H-E-B, Amazon.com, Overstock.com, Best Buy, Wayfair, Hayneedle and many more.
Quest is a certified drop-ship fulfillment partner with over 40 online retailers including Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Ebay.com, Walgreens.com, CVS.com, Target.com and others. To support the e-commerce drop-ship fulfillment program, Quest has a dedicated team of sales, customer service and warehouse employees. Some of the largest CPG companies have partnered with Quest to take advantage of the ecommerce drop-ship model.
Quest operates several online retail stores for their own brands and those they distribute under their Powered by Quest banner. On Powered by Quest sites, shoppers can select from thousands of quality and innovative items through one checkout process.
In 2013 Quest launched their Quest Services platform to be able to provide marketing and consulting services to its manufacturer partners. Quest Services assist their partners with a full range of product, creative and sales development services.
